Located in Tacoma’s South Park, this project consists of the renovation and expansion of the Asia Pacific Cultural Center’s current building, which provides programs and services promoting the unique traditions, history, and heritage of the 47 ethnic groups of Asia and the Pacific Islands. The project includes a large banquet hall, commercial kitchen, dance studio, art gallery, giftshop, and APCC staff offices. Edge has been retained as the development consultant. Construction started in Summer 2024 and concluded in August 2025.
