Friends of Little Saigon (FLS) and the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda) are partnering together to develop mixed used affordable housing with ground floor community space. FLS will manage the Vietnamese Culture and Economic Center, while SCIDpda will oversee the affordable housing on top. Edge is the development consultant for the project.
