Beacon Pacific Village is a new construction project situated on the northernmost parcel of the historic Pacific Tower campus in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood designed for multigenerational living. Edge Developers is the special limited partner and development consultant to the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda). Construction began in late 2022 and and was completed in Fall 2024.
