Dr. Estell Williams and Professor Edwin Lindo, owner’s of Beacon Hill’s Estelita’s Library are currently in the predevelopment stage of a mixed used affordable housing and cultural center project. Their vision is to create a cultural anchor for the Beacon Hill neighborhood and create housing that reflects the needs of large families. Edge is assisting with the predevelopment budget and consultant selection for the project.
